Wanda Jean Littleton

Wanda Jean Littleton 89, of Ardmore, Okla. passed away, August 1, 2020 at the hospital in Ardmore. She was born on March 11, 1931 in Madill, Okla. to the late Samuel B. Beggs and Morine Ward Beggs.

Wanda was raised in Madill where she attended Madill and Dickson schools. She married Oscar C. Littleton on October 10, 1970 in Durant, Okla., and he preceded her in death on August 21, 1999. Wanda worked for several years at the Brookside Nursing Center in Madill and she attended the Grace Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, painting, and gardening.

She is survived by her children; Bill Laister, Kingston, Okla., and Gene Laister and wife Kathy, Kingston, Okla., grandchildren; Phillip Laister, California. Melissa Eaves, Bixby, Okla., Justin Paul Laister, Kingston, Okla., and Andrew Jene Laister, Kingston, Okla., great grandchildren; Zachary Isaiah Laister, Kingston, Okla., and Lexi Eaves, Bixby, Okla., brother; Howard Beggs, Titis, Fla., and sister; Kay Eddington, Davis, Okla.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at the Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Okla. from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral services will Thursday, August 6 at 10:00 a.m. at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, Okla. Ron Armitage will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Oakland Cemetery, Oakland, Okla.

Casket bearers will be David Wolfe, Andrew Laister, Zachary Lasiter, Travis Stewart, Brandon Hawkins, Johnny Horn and Steve Williams.
