Wanda Fae Flowers, 92 of Madill, Okla., passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. She was born in Stratford, Okla. on December 15, 1928, to the late Jack Eeds and Ina Blackburn Eeds. Wanda attended Byford grade school and Stratford high school.
She married the love of her life, Vondell Flowers on February 28, 1948, and he preceded her in death on June 11, 2017.
Wanda loved baking, making a garden and canning.
She is survived by her children; Gary Flowers and wife Pam of Madill, Okla., Bob Flowers and wife Sheila of Edmond, Okla., Sharon Maxwell and husband Steve of Ardmore, Okla., eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sister, Eva Flowers and husband Ken of Del City, Okla.,and brother, Dan Eeds and wife Peggy of Earlsboro, Okla.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one grandson, Stephen Maxwell.
Services was held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at the Little City Baptist Church in Madill, Okla. Cecil Mackey and John King officiated the service. Interment was at the Cumberland Cemetery in Cumberland, Okla. Services were under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com..
