Randy Kent Hagood, 67, of Lebanon, Okla. passed away Monday, June 7, 2021, at his home in Lebanon. He was born on November 29, 1953, in Wilson, Okla. to the late Dolph Eugen “Brown” Hagood Jr. and Melba Letha Furrh Hagood.
Randy was raised in Lebanon and attended Madill public school, graduating in 1971. He married Martha Ann Rushing on August 14, 1971, in Whitesboro, Texas and she preceded him in death on April 25, 2021. Randy worked for Marshall County District 1, Woody Motor Company, sold equipment for Johnson Equipment, worked construction on Hwy 82 and always worked on the farm and ranch.
He was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church and he enjoyed playing card and dominos, riding horses, taking care of cattle, traveling and old cars.
He is survived by his son, Ryan Keith Hagood of Lebanon, Okla., sisters; Kay Muncrief of Madill, Okla., and Barbara Ruzicho of Powell, Ohio, sister-in-law, Karoleen Hagood of Lebanon, Okla., mother in-law, Leon Rushing of Lebanon, Okla., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son; Randall, one daughter; Amy Hagood, one brother; Ronnie Hagood and one brother in-law; Ronnie Muncrief.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be Friday, June 11, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill, Okla. Roy Vinson will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Lebanon Cemetery in Lebaon, Okla. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
Casket Bearers will be Dwain Scott, Alan Parrish, Walter Bruce Biggers, Eddie Grant, Daniel Nixon, and Wayne Seay.
