Randle Ray Norris, age 61, passed away peacefully after his battle with cancer on July 23, 2020, with his family by his side. He was born in Gainesville, Texas, to Tommy and Kittie Norris on February 7, 1959.

Randy grew up in Mesquite, Texas, and attended North Mesquite High School. After high school, Randy began working with his father at Austin Paving and later continued his career with TXI. He welcomed son Tommy Norris in December of 1992 and Tony Norris in September of 1994. He dedicated his time to his children and spent many days attending football games and rodeos. Randy and his sons moved to Kingston, Okla., where he developed his property and began his career with CM trailers. Since his relocation to Oklahoma, Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching drag boat racing, taking a swim in the lake, and grilling with his sons.

Randy is preceded in death by his brother, Scott Norris. He is survived by his sons, Tommy and Tony Norris of Kingston, Okla.; his parents, Tommy and Kittie Norris of Kingston, Okla.; his brother, Denny Norris of Mesquite, Texas; his sister and brother in law, Terri and Steve Timpe of Mesquite, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of Randy’s life at Bay Point Baptist Church, 6154 McDuffee Road, Kingston, Okla. 73439 on Saturday August 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to Cross Timbers Hospice of Ardmore, Okla., in Randy’s memory.
