Patricia Ann Graves, 77, of Madill, Okla.passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, at the Carrus Specialty Hospital in Sherman, Texas. She was born on August 13, 1943, in Madill to the late George Putman and Stella Tyner Putman.
Patricia lived her entire life in Madill where she graduated in 1961. She married Lonnie Albert Graves on January 25, 1962, in Madill. Over the years, Patricia worked for the Madill Pants factory, at the Madill Public Schools in the cafeteria, as the secretary at the Madill Housing Authority and at the Pettijohn Springs Christian Camp in the cafeteria.
She also was a foster parent for 22 children over the years. Patricia was an active member of the Church of Christ in Madill and she enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, camping, fishing and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Graves of Madill, Okla., children; George Ann Chapman and husband, Greg of Madill, Okla., Lonnie Graves of Madill, Okla., grandchildren; Lacy Graves, Jared Chapman and wife Jessica, Rachel Shelby and husband Eric, great grandchildren; Jacqueline Chapman, Harlow Shelby, Stella Shelby, sisters; Mary Reed and husband Carl, Madill, Okla., Donelle Kilgore and husband Chuck of Ashdown, Ark., Shelia Tracy and husband Chuck of Madill, Okla.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter; Laura Leigh Graves.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2021 at the Enos House of Prayer, Enos, Okla. Service will be officiated by Doug Tyner. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
