Pamela Sue Ruzicka, 62, of Kingston, Okla. passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the Alliance Hospital in Madill. She was born on September 1, 1960, in Guthrie, Okla. to the late Roy Gilliam and Joyce Ann Dellenbaugh Gilliam.
Pam was raised in Oklahoma City, Okla. where she graduated in 1978 from Western Hights and later attended a two-years college. In 1999, she moved to Kingston to be closer to her parents. On August 15, 2003, Pam married Andy Wayne Ruzicka in Kingston. She enjoyed cooking,fishing,andlovedminiaturedash houndsandspendingtimewithherfamily.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, and brother in-law, James Lowder.
She is survived by her husband, Andy Wayne Ruzicka of Kingston, Okla.; children, Ryan Smith and wife Cassie of Tuttle, Okla., Roy Smith and wife Morgan of Mustang, Okla., Eric Ruzicka of Kingston, Okla., Ethan Ruzicka of Kingston, Okla., Jon Barton of Oklahoma City, Okla., Zach Bailey of Oklahoma City, Okla., Lacy Rushing and husband John of El Reno, Okla., Kassidy White of Kingston, Okla., Keira Ruzicka of Durant, Okla., McKenzie Ruzicka of Kingston, Okla., and Molly Bailey of Kingston, Okla.; grandchildren, Kinley, Keeli, Gracie, Finley, Slade, Brady and Wyatt; sister, Debra Lowder of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Gina Bailey of Kingston, Okla.; nieces and nephews, Nathan Bailey and wife Tiffany, Rachel Bailey, and Caleb Bailey.
