Lonnie Ray Harrison, 70, of Kingston, Okla., passed away on September 16, 2022, at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. He was born on April 8, 1952, in Madill to the late Earnest “Dutch” Harrison and Aline Elizabeth Riggs Harrison.
Lonnie was raised in the Madill and Kingston area. He loved his place on the lake and worked for W.W. Trailers and C. M. Trailers. Lonnie also was a truck driver while living in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Okla. He was of the Nondenominational faith, and he enjoyed fishing, coaching softball and listening to KKAJ Radio Station. Lonnie’s greatest love was his family.
Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents; one son Joseph; two sisters;,Christine and Connie and one brother, Charles.
Lonnie is survived by his children, Kevin Harrison of Mansfield, Texas, Michelle Phillips and husband Fred of Mannsville, Okla., Joshua Harrison of Tishomingo, Okla.; grandchildren, Bradley Phillips of Davis, Okla., Hailie Phillips ofDavis,Okla.;brothers,KeithHarrison,andwifeBrenda of Davis, Okla., Frankie Harrison and wife Larie of Mississippi; sisters, Zelma “Bunchie” Barnes of Ellington, Miss., Helen Jackson of Balch Spring, Texas, April Sue Stephens of Ardmore, Okla., Dorothy Thompson and husband Wayne of Kingston, Okla., Rosemary Bundy of Ardmore, Okla.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be Friday, at 10:00 a.m. on September 23, 2022, at the family home at 8301 Muncrief Road in Kingston, Okla. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
