Juliette “Judy” Nabors, 79, of Madill, Okla. passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at her home in Madill. She was born on February 26, 1942 in Mead, Okla. to the late Milton Alonzo Ash and Alice Jurhee Russell Ash.
Judy was raised in Kingston where she graduated from Kingston High School in 1960. She married Eugene Nabors on September 2, 1961 in Ardmore, Okla. Judy was an active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Madill serving in the Women’s Ministry, teaching Nabors Sunday School, Missionettes and singing in the choir. Judy was a member of the Kingston Alumni and an active member of the Assembly of Church in Madill. She helped serving in the Women’s Ministry, teaching Sunday School, Missionettes and singing in the choir. Her hobbies were cooking, crocheting, playing games, and loved being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Nabors of Madill, Okla., daughter, Sandra Pruitt of Madill, Okla., grandchildren; Ryan Pruitt of Madill, Okla., Darren Pruitt, and wife Danielle of Calera, Okla., and Jeffrey Pruitt of Madill, Okla., great grandchildren; Brody Pruitt, Mikal Pruitt, Joshua Washington and Brooklyn Washington, sisters; Ann Nabors and husband Bill of Madill, Okla., and Rebecca Brinlee of Madill, Okla.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, son; Michael Eugene Nabors and her sister; Janette Park.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston, Okla. Jeff Manuel will officiate the service. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
