Bobby Erle Mason, 54, passed away June 27 at his home in Oklahoma City. Bobby was born December 23, 1964, to Bobby (Bob) Eugene Mason and Tommie Jean Oller Mason.
Bobby was born at Ardmore, Okla., and lived there until the family moved to Madill in 1970. He was part of the third generation to attend Madill Public Schools, following his mother and his grandmother, Lillie Mae Musgraves Oller.
Bobby had received his HVAC license, and prior to his death he worked in the Oklahoma City area installing heating and air systems in new apartment complexes. Bobby enjoyed playing with his dogs, riding motorcycles, and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Diana of Oklahoma City; his daughter Shelby Doshier and husband, D.J., of Durant; his grandson, Cole Doshier, of Durant; his mother, Tommie Jean Mason McIntire, of Madill; his sister, Melinda Henry and husband, Allen, of Madill; nephew, Michael Henry, of Tishomingo; and niece, Shayli Henry White and husband Holden, of Madill.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Mason; paternal grandparents, Hershel and Marie Mason, and maternal grandparents, A.D. (Nay) and Lillie Oller.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 6, at Grantham Baptist Church, Claud Williams officiating.
