Billy Eugene Parsons 73, of Kingston, Okla. passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. He was born on October 3, 1946 in Delaware, Ark. to the late George Parsons and Margie Calvert Parsons. Billy was raised in Chandler, Ariz.and later was drafted into the United States Army and served for two years.

He moved to Dardanelle, Ark.where he worked as a logger. Billy married Lori Menge on December 31, 1964 in Chandler, Ariz. and she preceded him in death on January 4, 2011.

In 1973, he moved to Kingston and worked for Uniroyal and retired after 30 years. Billy enjoyed working with cars, watching college football games and boxing. He was an artist, he loved drawing, woodworking, making silver jewelry and making glass arrowheads.

He is survived by his children; Raymond Parsons and wife Michelle of Amarillo, Texas, Karen Parsons of Kingston, Okla.,Joseph Parsons, and wife Deborah of Kingston, Okla., his grandchildren; McKenzie Whitsell and wife Ally, Gracen Parsons, Josten and Joel Junkens, Hope, Xander Parsons and Kaylee Canfield.

Visitation was held Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Service was Monday, August 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill, Okla. Jay Moore officiated the service. Interment was at the Lark Cemetery in Enos, Okla. Services were under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.

Casket Bearers were Joel Junkens, Josten Junkens, Bo Parsons, Chris Stevens, Brad Parsons, and Bryan Beene.
