Beth Quinn, 77 of Norman, Okla. passed away at home under hospice care October 9, 2021.
She was born March 3, 1944 at the old Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City to Viola and J Guy Shelby.
Beth attended Mannsville Elementary and Madill High School from where she graduated.
She married Brad Quinn of Compton, Calif. at the Tinker Air Force Base Chapel November 25, 1964.
Beth was an art major at Oklahoma City University, specializing in watercolor.
She lived in Alabama, Mannsville, Madill and Norman, Okla., Redondo Beach Calif., Winslow, Ark. and Lake Park, Fla..
Beth traveled the US helping Brad with his teaching activities.
She has a son, Aaron of Norman, Okla. and a daughter, Shelby and husband John of Seattle, Wash.
Beth has two grandchildren, Clara 23, a doctoral student in Nuclear Engineering at the University of South Carolina and Gavin, 21, a 4th year US Army nursing school student at Washington State University in Spokane.
Special thanks to the nursing and care staff at Medical Park West in Norman and the Good Shepherd Hospice. They cared for and helped Beth in difficult times.
Beth loved flowers, painting, family and friends and will leave an empty place and love of life.
