Samuel Harmon Goodman

Samuel Harmon Goodman, 66, of Madill, Okla. passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at his home in Madill. He was born on March 9, 1956, in Madill to the late Tony Sylvester Goodman and Wilson Pauline Watkins Goodman. Sam grew up in Madill where he graduated from Madill High School in 1974.

He worked for the Clint Williams Peanut Company until they closed, then he got his CDL's and worked for Joe Brown before working for Rustin Concrete Company. Sam was an active member of the Nazarene Church in Madill and CMA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He loved music and playi his motorcycle. He loved music and playing his guitar.

Sam was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Tony, Frosty and Bennie; and one sister, Peggy.

He is survived by his children, Joshua Goodman of Arkansas, Jason Goodman and wife Heather of Madill, Okla.; grandchildren, Drake Goodman, Alexis Goodman, Brylee Watkins, Kobi Shores and, Jase Harmon Goodman; great grandchild, AJ Gamble; and sisters-in-law, Kathy Goodman of Madill, Okla., and Nancy Goodman of California.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April20, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00p.m. at Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla.

Funeral service will be 2:00p.m., Thursday, April21, 2022, at Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill, Okla. Jerry Townly will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Cumberland Cemetery in Madill, Okla. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
