James F. Brouse (Grandpa), 88, received his wings and flew home to be with his family on February, 11. 2022. He was born April 24, 1933 in Toledo Ohio to Levi and Iola Brouse.
Later in life, he moved to Sarasota, Fla. with his wife and kids. After his wife passed away, he moved to South Carolina with his son. Then, in 2010 he moved to Madill, Okla. to stay with his daughter and grandchildren. His joy was watching his grandson and granddaughter being born and he loved hanging with his friends and working on racecars. He was a mechanic for several years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Penny sister, Doris; and his parents.
He is survived by his children, Tim and wife, Kate from Florida, Kim and husband, Juan from Madill, andJohn from South Carolina; eight grandchildren, Josh, Thomas, Jacob Elizabeth, Juan, Paloma, James and Lilyan; nieces, Gwen from Colorado, Janice and her husband Mark from Oregon, and Andrea from Indiana; nephews, Scott and wife from Danene from Georgia, Kevin and wife Mary Jo from Florida, seven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and many great nieces and great nephews.
