On July 26, 2021, at approximately 8:52 p.m., the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office issued an Amber Alert for two children who were forcibly removed from a home. Law officials allege that Sabrina Spurlock, a 29-yearold woman from Mazie, Okla. was arrested on July 26 for a Public Intoxication.
Due to her arrest, Spurlock’s father had her two children. It is alleged that after Spurlock was released from jail, she drove to her father’s house to retrieve her children. The investigation is still
The investigation is still ongoing, but according to law officials, Spurlock shot and killed her father and fled with 8-year-old Mason Warden, and 6-year-old Marley Warden.
The manhunt began after the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on E. 682 Road in Wagoner. Officers arrived on scene to find a man who was shot. Unfortunately, the officer’s lifesaving efforts did not work, and the man was pronounced at the scene. That was when officers learned the man was Spurlock’s father. It was the description of the vehicle that eventually led to her capture. The sheriff’s office received multiple sightings of the white Chevy Blazer with a busted-out passenger window.
One of the sighting calls in Bryan County was a success, and Spurlock was arrested by Caddo Police. She is currently booked in the Bryan County Jail awaiting extradition back to Wagoner County to answer to her charges.
