Assault/Rape: Joshua Voorheis, a 29-year-old male from Guymon was transferred to the Marshall County Jail on February 28 as a DOC inmate. He is serving 10 years for Child Abuse. His other Oklahoma priors show as Obstructing an Officer and Minor in Possession.

Don Dickerson, a 68-yearold male from Muskogee was transferred to the Marshall County Jail on March 1 as a DOC inmate. He is serving 14 years for Second-Degree Rape, Sexual Battery and Forcible Sodomy. No other Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Cheyenne Allen, a 21-yearold female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to serve a 60-day sentence for Assault and Battery. An online search found other Oklahoma priors as Public Intoxication, Second-Degree Burglary and Larceny of an Auto.

Shane Flanagan, a 32-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 11 for Failure to Pay on a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery conviction. Other priors were found in an online search. They were for DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Child, Breaking and Entering without Permission, Malicious Injury to a Building, and Obstructing an Officer. He is also facing charges for Domestic Abuse/ Prior Pattern and Harassing and Threatening via Electric Communication.

Theft: Robert Gray, a 44-year-old from Madill was arrested on March 11 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Concealing Stolen Property and Grand Larceny sentencing. Priors for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container, and Possession of Contraband in a Jail were found in an online search.

Lacey Thompson, a 28-year-old female from Calera was arrested on March 11 for Second-Degree Burglary, and Assault and Battery. An online search found a prior for Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by Bogus Means.

Joshua Yarbrough, a 35-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on March 11 for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. His priors show as Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Defrauding an Innskeeper, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Harassing via Electronic Communication, Possession of CDS within 2,000 of a Park or School, Conspiracy to Deliver/Manufacture CDS, and Petit Larceny. He is also facing charges for Larceny of an Auto After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, and Malicious Injury over $1,000.

Dallas Robinson, a 33-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on March 12 for Failure to Pay on a Receiving/Possession of Stolen Property conviction. Other convictions were found in online search for Second-Degree Robbery, Grand Larceny, Uttering Counterfeit Money, Possession of CDS, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by Bogus Means, Attempting to Utter Counterfeit Money, Petit Larceny, Obstructing an Officer, Assault and Battery, and multiple convictions for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

Darren Hopfe, a 24-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on March 13 for Failure to Pay on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. No other Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

Jeannie Campbell, a 58-year-old female from Madill was arrested on March 15 for an Application to Revoke Probation on a False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop conviction. No other Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

Vontre Gooden, an 18-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on March 15 for Second-Degree Burglary. He is also facing an Attempted Second-Degree Burglary charge.

Possession: Jonathan Canada, a 49-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 60-day sentence for Possession of CDS without a Prescription and Speeding. Other priors found in an online search were for Use of a Vehicle to Facilitate the Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of CDS Near a Park, and Grand Larceny.

Eric Ochs, a 50-year-old male from Pottsboro was booked into the Marshall County Jail to being a 60-day sentence for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Other priors for DWI and Possession of CDS were found in an online search.

Summer Webster, a 25-year-old female from Mead was arrested on March 10 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an Officer. No Oklahoma priors were found. However, she is also facing charges for Bringing Contraband into a Jail.

Bobby Secrest, a 39-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 10 to begin a five-year sentence for Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence.
