Belinda Margaret Lowe (63) of Kingston, Okla. passed away Wednesday December 2, 2020.
Belinda was born on an Airforce Base in Okinawa, Japan on April 12, 1957 to the late Gordon and Lola Miller. She lived all over the United States while her father was in the Airforce. She graduated from O’Fallon Township High School in O’Fallon, Ill.
She made a home in Denison, Texas for over 30 years with her two children Lori Keeney (Kingston, Okla.) and Michael Keeney (Tell City, Ind.) and Husband of 34 years Steven Lowe (Kingston, Okla.).
In 2003, Belinda and Steve retired to Kingston, Okla. to enjoy lake life. Belinda was a kind, loving and funny daughter, sister and woman. She was a devoted and giving wife, a caring and graceful mother, and the most exquisite Granny any little boy could ever have.
Belinda is survived by her husband Steven Lowe, her Daughter Lori Keeney, her Son Michael Keeney, her Grandson (son of Lori) Gavin Keeney, her Brother Paul Miller, her Step-Children, Tamra Moose, Kristy King, JD Lowe, her father-in-law, Foy Lowe, her mother-in-law, Barbara Burge, and her ex-husband Michael Keeney.
There will be a celebration of Belinda’s life on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Oakview beach in Enos, Oklahoma.
