By Shalene White shalene@madillrecord.net A Madill man is facing charges after allegations of sexual assault emerged. Leslie Mose, a 55-year-old male from Madill was charged on July 18 for Sexual Assault.
On June 24, Officer Smith of the Chickasaw Nation Lighthorse Police Department wasassignedtoasexual assault complaint. Officer Smith met the victim, Sheila Dorn, in the interview room to get her complaint.
Dorn, who wished to be known, was a resident of the Chickasaw Nation Re-Entry program and an employee of the Chickasaw Nation. Dorn alleges that Mose, who was her boss at the time, had assualted her after an event. She said they rode together to the event that she referred to as “sweat.”
Dorn said it was dark when they left the event and headed back.
According to the police report, Dorn alleges that she “began feeling like she was under the influence” and said if felt “as though she had been drugged.” She said that she had been prescribed medication for an injury a few days prior, but the medication never made her feel drugged like it did the night of the alleged assault.
Dorn said she rolled to her side in the vehicle and attempted to go to sleep. She then claims that Mose began rubbing her leg “like a boyfriend and girlfriend would do.”
Dorn said after that, Mose put his hands on the inside of her sweatpants and began touching her genital area. Dorn also stated that she was afraid to say no because Mose was her boss.
She said she didn’t recognize where they were at, and asked Mose where they were. Mose pointed out that they were near water.
Dorn then alleges that they arrived at what seemed to be a park because she saw a picnic table, a thick wooded areaandarestroom. Shealso noted there was another car near their location.
She said that Mose led her to the picnic table and asked “you won’t tell anyone, will you?” She repeated to the officer that she was afraid to say no because of his position.
Dorn said when they reached the picnic table, Mose removed her pants and performed sexual acts on her and didn’t stop until the second car turned on their lights.
She said once the car left, they went back to the car and Mose drove her back to her residence. She said the drive from the park area to her residence was a short drive.
Dornsaidthateventhough she never really said “no”, she didn’t give consent either. She reiterated that she feared what would happen if she said “no”, and the officer noted in his report that Dorn wasupsetandemotionalduring the interview.
Mose’s initial court appearance is November 14 in
Ardmore.
