Local men arrested

Two local men are facing charges after two separate incidents over the weekend. On June 20, 2025, a Marshall County Deputy was on patrol in the Enos area of Marshall County. While on patrol, he witnessed a male subject who appeared to be struggling while walking. The deputy stopped to see if the subject needed assistance and offer him some water.

When the deputy made contact with the individual, he recogized the male subject as Bobby Sikes, a 41-year-old male from Kingston. Once Sikes saw the deputy, he began running. After double checking with dispatch to confirm that Sikes had active warrants, the deputy began purusing Sikes.

The suspect attempted to hide in the woods. However, the deputy, along with the assitance of other officers, was able to locate Sikes. Sikes proceeded to fight the deputies, but he was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Detetion Center to face possible charges for Escape Arrest or Detention, Resisting Arrest and his active warrant for a Motion to Revoke on convictions for PossessonofCDSandFalsely ImpersonatingOtherstoCreate Liability.

The following day, on June 21, deputies responded to a call in the Powell area about a possible male being intoxicated in possession of weapons and causing a ruckus at a residence. The suspect was identified as Dalton Clark, a 24-year-old male from Kingston.

Deputies were told that Clark left in a vehicle prior to their arrival at the residence. A separate deputy saw Clark in the vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. Clark, however, didn't pull over for the deputy.

The deputy noted that Clark took off and was traveling at high rates of speed. The pursuit was called off when a family member of Clark's interfered with the pursuit, almost colliding with the deputy. MC Sheriff Donald Yow said that charges are pending for the interfering family member.

Shortly after losing Clark, a Madill Police Officer located the vehicle at Madill Alliance Hospital. Once again, Clark ran and officers were forced to chase him.
