The2025MarshallCounty Junior Livestock Show is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19 through Sunday, February 22. The weighin for each day will begin when the designated superintendents for each species arrive. All entries must be in place by 8:00 p.m. Check in for each day is from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
On Wednesday, the day will begin with Mekayla Westbrook singing the National Anthem. Then, the categories will be as follows: poultry, 9:00 a.m.; wether lambs, 10:00 a.m.; ewes, 10:45 a.m.; wether goats, 11:30 a.m.; doe goats, 12:15 p.m.; junior leadline interviews and tea, 3:00 p.m.; senior leadline interviews and tea, 4:15 p.m.; leadline, 6:30 p.m.; pen of two, 7:30 p.m. and best-dressed animal, 8:00 p.m.
The schedule for Friday includes the Hank Hartin Memorial breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Claire Hartin will sing the National Anthem. Then, gilts, 8:00 a.m.; barrows, 10:30 a.m.; heifers, 2:00 p.m.; steers, 3:00 p.m.; showmanship preparation, 5:00 p.m.; showmanship, 6:00 p.m.; AG achievement test directly after showmanship.
The schedule for Saturday is as follows: Morgan Walls will perform the National Anthem; premium buyer’s dinner, 5:30 p.m.; premium sale, 6:30 p.m.
The barn cleanup is scheduled for Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Times are subject to change.
