The 2nd Annual Lake Texoma Boat Show will be held June 1 on North Main Street in Kingston and is shaping up to be bigger and better than last year!.It is sponsored by the Kingston Place Making Committee, the Town of Kingston and Marshall County Tourism.
At this year’s event, guests can see new boats from five dealers on display.
Several lake related vendors will have booths there including TowBoatUS Lake Texoma and Freedom Boat Club. Any guests who might be looking for a boat lift, they can find that there too.
At least 25 other vendors have signed up to showcase their wares there, as well. Hungry guests can check out the food trucks or one of the vendors serving fried pies, baked goods, candied nuts, ice cream, cotton candy, snow cones or mini doughnuts.
There will be a bounce house and a big slide for the kids. Vendor, bounce house and slide hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Beginningat1:00p.m.,the “Beach Party” in City Park will kick off with Kingston graduate Brayden Wolfe and friends performing.
For all of the Jimmy Buffet fans, the tribute band Fin City from McKinney will be playing from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Be sure to bring lawn chairs and enjoy an afternoon of music in the park!. Drinks will be available and the food trucks will remain open during the concert.
Parking will be available behind Kingston Pharmacy and at Kingston Church of Christ. There will be limited parking at City Park and on side streets. Please be considerate and do not park in Hobo’s House of Burgers parking lot or block their drive through.
