The Annual Christmas Party of the Madill Rose Garden Club was held on December 7 at 11:30 a.m. at HoboJoe’s.Membersordered their favorite dish from the menu and lots of visiting followed while waiting for their orders.
Christmas ornaments were exchanged after a game of right and left with gifts. Members opened their gifts and shared their gift with all themembers.Manybeautiful ornaments were displayed.
A generous love donation was collected for the Brookside Nursing Center for the residents’ Christmas Party.
Members discussed the 2024 Christmas Parade and what type of float they would like to enter in the parade. A committee will be appointed to bring suggestions back to the group in the new year.
Christmas Party attendees were Brenda Courtney, Doris Farris, Linda Kaye Green, Nancy Kerr, Mary Jane Lowery , Becky Ninemire, Judy Parkey, Jayson Pruitt, Sue Shilling and Jo Wood.
