Tim Griffin Sandefur, 70, passed away on November 17, 2023, near his home in Marietta, Okla. Tim was born Wednesday,December10,1952,inOdessa, Texas to Paul Wesley and Stella (Griffin) Sandefur.
Tim enjoyed working for CTUA at the WinStar Casino and raising dogs. He just recently purchased a SXS and enjoyed riding around with Richard Rushing. He was a graduate of Madill High School and a member of the New Beginnings Church in Madill.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Wanda Jean (Greenwood) Sandefur; brother, Teddy Joe Sandefur and granddaughter, Kyrstin Brooke Sandefur.
He is survived by his son, Charles Sandefur and wife Anita of Madill, Okla.; daughter, Summer Johnson and husband Matt of Madill, Okla.; grandsons, Coby Sandefur and wife Naydalin and their son Andres of El Paso, Texas, Lane Paul Wesley Moore of Madill, Oklahoma, Zac Johnson and his wife Mackinze of Edmond, Oklahoma, Colton Sandefur of Madill, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Kaylee Ray Moore of Madill, Okla.; brother, Tommy Sandefur and wife Debra of Lebanon, Okla.; stepchildren, Ricky Beavers and wife Sheila of Katy, Texas, Melany Williams and husband Travis of Madill, Okla., Amber McCann and husband Tim of Marietta, Okla.; sister-in-law, Lila Ann Epperson of Marietta, Okla.; brothers-in-law, John Greenwood of Marietta, Okla., Ray Greenwood and wife Sheila of Marietta, Okla.; step grandchildren, Nathan Williams, Makayla Williams, Ian Beavers, Joshua Beavers, Gavin Beavers and Jeremiah Beavers.
Memorial Service for Timothy will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023, at the New Beginnings Church at 518 South 1st Street, Madill in Okla. with Travis Williams officiating.
