On November 13, Madill softball senior Ireland Groeber and Dahlia Marris signed the college letters of intent. Groeber signed with Murray State College and Marris chose Northeastern Oklahoma A&M of Miami. Marris was named for first team all-district 4A-4 utility infielder. Groeber was named to the all-district second team as a utility infielder. Marris primarily played shortstop when not pitching for the Lady 'Cats. Groeber played at third base, while also filling in as shortstop. Both have played MHS softball since they were freshmen.
Groeber is also a member of the girls basketball team and Marris has participated in powerlifting.
