POLICE BLOTTER: Drug trafficking, possession and assault among reported crimes

Drug Trafficking: On September 6, the following suspects were arrested for Drug Trafficking.

• Daniel Wilson, a 41-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Drug Trafficking, Drug Manufacturing, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, and Child Neglect. An online search shows Wilson has priors of Possession of CDS and Harboring a Fugitive.

• Christopher Fox, a 21-yearold male from Madill was arrested for Trafficking Amphetamine or Methamphetamine 20 grams or more, Possession of CDS — Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search shows Fox only has a few traffic citations.

• Dylan Keifer, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Drug Trafficking, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession/ Concealing of Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm During a Felony. Keifer has a few misdemeanor tickets.

• Rudolph Ozuna, Jr, a 37-year-old male from Marietta was arrested for Drug Trafficking. An online search showed Ozuna has priors, one in Carter County for Possession of CDS within 1000 feet if a park, and the same conviction in Love County.

• Ariel Reed, a 28-year-old female from Lebanon was arrested for Drug Trafficking 20 grams or more, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search shows Reed has a prior conviction of a misdemeanor Assault and Battery.

Assault: On September 2, officers arrested Spencer McCarney —a 24-year-old from Kingston for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. He was originally arrested for the crime in May 2018, and pled guilty. An online search shows no Oklahoma priors for McCarney.

On September 6, Justin Brown, a 39-year-old from Kingston was arrested for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. An online search shows Brown with a few misdemeanor DUIs.

Burglary/Theft: Ashley Cobb, a 24-year-old female from Durant was arrested on September 4 for Second Degree Burglary, and Selling to a Pawnbroker Using a False Name or False Declaration of Ownership. Cobb is also facing three separate charges in Bryan County. felony Larceny of an Automobile, felony Obtaining Cash or Merchandise with a Bogus Check, and a misdemeanor of the same charge.

On September 7, Jesse James, a 30-year-old from Madill was arrested for a Murray County warrant for Concealing Stolen Property. An online search shows James has two Love County felony convictions. One for Possession of CDS and the other for Escape from a Department of Corrections.

Possession: On September 3, Payton Carter, a 21-year-old male from Oakland was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer to a felony charge of Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute. Carter shows no priors in Oklahoma.

Buddy Moody, a 39-year-old male from Kingston, was arrested on September 4 for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Larceny of an Automobile. The Possession charge is from 2000. An online search shows Moody has a misdemeanor for a DUI, Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest.

Also, on September 4, James Nelson, a 26-year-old man from Kenefic was arrested for Failure to Pay on a charge of Possession of CDS. Nelson also shows two misdemeanors from Latimer County for Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance.

The following suspects were arrested on September 5 for various Possession charges.

• Donald Colclasure, a 55-year-old male from Madill, was arrested for a Motion to Revoke his probation on his Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from 2018. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• Harold Roberts, a 39-yearold male from Oklahoma City was arrested on a Failure to Pay conviction for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. An online

• Schaloyn Rollins, a 55-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on a Probation Violation for Possession of CDS — Methamphetamine. An online search shows no priors.

The following suspects were apprehended on September 6.

• William Garrity, a 46-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear and Pay on a felony Possession of CDS conviction. An online search showed Garrity has multiple priors. Two charges of Concealing Stolen Property, one DUI, False Declaration of Ownership, Second Degree Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony from Marshall County. He also has a felony DUI Second and Subsequent After a Former Felony Conviction.

•Samanta Johnson, a 23-year-old female from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Appear on a misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. Johnson does not show any priors in Oklahoma.

• Abigail Masters, a 39-yearold female with no listed address was arrested for Possession of a Weapon, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, and a DUI. An online search shows no Oklahoma priors.

Three people were arrested for various Possession charges on September 7.

• Ruby Burke, a 37-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Expired Registration. An online search found Burke has two prior felony convictions; Possession of CDS within 1000 Feet of a School, and Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Child Under 12.

• Britta Gooey, a 54-yearold female from Madill was arrested for a Failure to Appear to answer to a misdemeanor Possession of CDS and Forgery. Gooey is also facing misdemeanor charges in McClain County; Eluding/Attempting to Elude Police, No Drivers License and Failure to Stop for a Yield Sign.

• Chandler Ned, a 30-yearold male from Mannsville was arrested for Failure to Appear for a Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges. An online search showed Ned has a Second Degree Burglary, and Larceny in Johnston County, and Uttering a Forged Instrument, Concealing Stolen Property, and Eluding fro Marshall County.

• Tanner Alred, a 22-yearold male from Valley View, Texas was arrested for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found no prior Oklahoma convictions.

Driving Infractions: On September 3, Crystal Joyce, a 34-year-old female from Durant was brought into the Marshall County Jail for a Writ of Habeas Corpus on a Second DUI. An online search showed Joyce felony convictions in Bryan County for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Concealing Stolen Property, Entering with the Intent to Steal Copper, Attempted Grand Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, DUI and Eluding.

On September 5, Jody Deere, a 48-year-old from Madill was arrested for a Failure to Appear warrant for Speeding out of Marietta, Driving Under Suspension, and Obstruction. Deere is also facing a Failure to Register charge in Marshall County. His priors from online show felonies out of Carter County; Second Degree Rape, Failure to Register, Uttering Two or More Bogus Checks.

Alejandra Perez, a 20-yearold female from Madill as also arrested on September 5 for Failure to Pay on her DUI Conviction. Perez shows no Oklahoma priors.

Zachary Landman, a 28-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on September 7 for a DWI. An online search showed no prior charges for Oklahoma.

On September 9, James Brown, a 37-year-old male from Paragould, Arkansas was arrested for a DWI, and Unsafe Lane Use.

Alfredo Carranza, a 41-yearold male from El Paso, Texas was also arrested on September 9 for a DUI, Driving an Unsafe Vehicle, and Driving Under Suspension.
