Assault: On August 23, Kendall Ellis, a 33-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Pay on a convictions of Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery from 2016. An online search shows Ellis also has a misdemeanor conviction of Domestic Assault.
Possession: Nicky Bean, a 47-year-old male from Mannsville was arrested on August 19 for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and a second Driving Under the Influence from 2018. Bean has various Possession misdemeanors.
Melissa Eggleston, a 43-year-old female from Tishomingo was also arrested on August 19 for a Possession of CDS stemming from 2013. Eggleston also has a felony conviction of Possession of CDS and a misdemeanor for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On August 21, Matthew Sexton was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, DUI, Resisting Arrest, and No Drivers License on Person. Sexton shows multiple convictions from Bryan County. Felony Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of a Sawed off shotgun, DUI After a Formal Conviction, Careless Operation, No Drivers License and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
Sexton, who is a 30-year-old male from Calera was arrested again on August 22 to raise his bond for the current charges he is facing.

Steven Elliot, a 54-year-old male from Madill was arrested for a Motion to Revoke on a Possession of a CDS and Possession of a Firearm After a Formal Conviction. An online search showed no priors for Elliot in Oklahoma.
Donnie Jones, a 60-yearold male from Shawnee was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Dit, and Transporting an Open Container — Liquor.
Lance Taylor, a 42-yearold male from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Pay on a conviction of Possession of CDS, DUI, TOC, No Drivers License and Speeding from 1997.
Driving: On August 21, Grady Widener, a 35-year-old male from Mead was arrested for Driving Under Suspicion, No Insurance, Operating a Vehicle without the Proper License Plate, Operating a Vehicle without Operational Lights. No Drivers License, Failure to Appear (Divorce) and a Kingston City warrant for DUS and Failure to Pay. An online search shows Widener has a felony conviction in Marshall County for Domestic Assault. He also has two Domestic Assault convictions from Bryan County.
Also on August 21, officers arrested Stephan Shebester, a 63-year-old male from Madill for a Motion to Revoke for a DUI, second or more. An online search shows the suspect has three other felony convictions for DUIs.
Abigail Mallonee, a 39-yearold female from Mead was arrested for a bench warrant from Carter County fur a Driving Under Suspension, and a bench warrant from Canadian County for Failure to Comply. Mallonee has a prior out of Oklahoma County for a DUI.

An online search showed McQueen has priors of Feloniously Pointing a Firearm After a Conviction of Two or More, Possession of a Firearm After a Former Conviction, two counts of Cruelty to Animals (Shooting(. It also shows he has a felony conviction from Johnston County of Possession of a Firearm After a Formal Conviction.
Kayla Wyatt, a 24-year-old female from Hendrix, was arrested for a Motion to Revoke for an Aggravated DUI from 2018. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.
Miscellaneous: Dylan Mc-Cullough, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for a warrant out of Grayson County for Theft of Property more then $2500, but less than $30,000.

Christian Boitnott, a 44-year-old man from Oklahoma City was arrested for Failure to Appear on an Embezzlement charge. No other Oklahoma priors showed.
Jody Deere, a 48-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. An online search shows Deere has a conviction out of Tulsa County from 2000 of Second Degree Rape
Jonathan Kozlow, a 37-yearold male from Frisco, Texas was arrested for Trespassing. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.
Elijah Slaughter, a 28-yearold from Kingston was brought in for a Writ of Habeas Corpus on a Second Degree Burglary charge. An online search shows Slaughter has current felony convictions for Marshall County. Three counts of Second Degree Forgery, one count each of Assault and Battery upon a Police Officer, and Concealing Stolen Property.
On August 23, Kenny Gilmore, a 54-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Trespassing. An online search shows two Marshall County misdemeanors; one for Possession of CDS and one for Obtaining Merchandise with a Bogus Check. Gilmore has three felonies from Cotton County.
