Assault: Wesley Crawford, a 46-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on April 20 for Assault and Battery, Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Resisting an Executive Officer. After his arraignment, Crawford's charges were upgraded. He is currently facing two counts of Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, and two counts of Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence - all felonies.
He is also facing two misdemeanors for Resisting and Executive Officer and Assault and Battery.
Crawford has prior convictions in Oklahoma for Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Falsely Impersonating Another, DWI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and DWI Second and Subsequent.
Burglary: Quincell Rahmings, a 26-year-old from Madill was arrested on April 27 for Failure to Appear to for a conviction for Second-Degree Burglary and False Declaration of Ownership at Pawn. Rahmings pled guilty to both counts in September 2014, but never showed up to his sentencing date. He was also arrested for Possession of CDS Without a Valid Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He also has an outstanding warrant ouof Johnston County for Possession of Marijuana, and Breaking and Entering a Dwelling Without Permission.
Driving: Jeffery Jacobs, a 46-year-old male from Madill was arrested on April 20 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a charge for Actual Physical Control of Vehicle While In toxicated. An online search found prior Oklahoma convictions for Possession of CDS, and Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated. Jacobs is also currently facing Larceny of Gasoline - Pump Piracy, Possession of CDS, and Obtaining Cash or Merchandise by Bogus Check.
Daniel King, a 46-year-old male from Durant was arrested on April25 for DUI, Transporting an Open Container, Failure to Drive on the Right Side of the Roadway, and Carrying a Weapon Under the Influence of Alcohol. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Alma Rodriguez , a 28-yearold female from Fort Worth, Texas was arrested on April 23 for DUI, Eluding Police, No Driver's License and Resisting an Executive Officer. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.
