Assault: On October 21, Timothy Rolke, a 26-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested for two counts of Threatening Violence and one count of Using a Computer to Threaten Violence. An online search turned up empty for priors in Oklahoma. However, there was a Protective Order issued in July.

Roxann Offutt, a 59-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on October 22 for Aggravated Assault. Offutt is also facing a felony DUI charge in Marshall County and has outstanding warrants in Love County for DUI, Possession of CDS, Driving Left of Center. An online search showed Offutt has two prior convictions; one DUI and Harboring a Runaway.

Matthew Hamilton, a 37-year-old male from St. Marta was arrested on October 25 for an outstanding warrant in Carter County for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors for Hamilton.

Burglary/Theft: Richard Nessmith, a 39-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 21 for Failure to Pay on a felony conviction of Attempted Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed Nessmith has a prior felony conviction of Larceny of the House in Marshall County, along with four misdemeanors – two Possession CDS and two Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He also has a felony prior of Second-Degree Burglary from Bryan County.

Donald McCullough, a 42-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 22 for two counts of Concealing Stolen Property. McCullough is also facing Kidnapping, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon – Automobile, and Financial Exploitation by Caretaker.

Jacqueline Casas, a 20-yearold female from Madill was arrested on October 23 for Second Degree Burglary, which is a felony, and two misdemeanors of Possession of Marijuana. Casas recently pled guilty to a charge of Concealing Stolen Property from Carter County.

Darlene Oldenburg, a 50-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on October 24 for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

On October 25, two suspects were arrested for various forms of theft.

• Randi Rud, a 26-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Trespassing. An online search showed Rud has priors of Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Public Intoxication.

• Frank Weaver, a 75-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Larceny of an Automobile. An online search showed one misdemeanor prior Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery for Weaver.

On October 26, officers arrested two suspects for various types of theft.

• Joshua Easley, a 28-yearold male from Marietta was arrested for Grand Larceny, Trespassing and Malicious Injury to a Building Less Than $2500. An online search found prior convictions for Easley. Felony Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and misdemeanor Interference with an Emergency Call from Love County. He also has a misdemeanor Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery from Carter County.

• Brett Leshowitz, a 44-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer to a First-Degree Burglary, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Possession of CDS – Meth – with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of CDS. The suspect shows only one misdemeanor prior of DUI.

Christopher Gaches, a 38-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 27 for Petit Larceny. An online search showed Gaches had multiple prior convictions. He has three counts of Uttering a Forge Instrument, two counts of Felony Value – False Pretense/BogusCheck/Con Game, Possession of CDS – Meth – within 1000 Feet of a Park, and a misdemeanor Obtaining Money or Property by Bogus Check and Embezzlement from Pontotoc County. Gaches has one misdemeanor of Larceny of Lost Property from Pottawatomie County.

Possession: Latasha Singleton, a 32-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 21 for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Officers arrested two suspects on October 23 for Possession.

• Brandon Robbins, a 19-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Minor in Possession of Alcohol. He was also arrested for a Failure to Appear and answer to a speeding ticket.

Joann Weant, a 57-yearold female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin her twoyear sentence for Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute. An online search showed Weant has A prior felony of Possession of CDS – Meth and various misdemeanors for DWI, Obstructing and Officer, Public Intoxication and Paraphernalia in Marshall County. She also shows Assault and Battery, and Injury to a Minor in Carter

On October 24, two people were arrested for Possession.

• Jessica Jones, a 36-yearold female from Sherman, Texas was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed a felony conviction of Trespassing in Grayson County.

• Bodee Risinger, a 26-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear and Pay on a Possession of CDS – Meth, and Possession of CDS. An online search showed Risinger has a prior misdemeanor Possession of CDS.

Officers arrested four suspects for Possession on October

25.

• Micaiah Current, an 18-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search was negative for any Oklahoma prior convictions.

• Larry Ross, a 27-year-old from Midwest City was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container – Liquor, Driving Under Suspension, NO Insurance, and Driving an Unsafe Vehicle. He was also picked up on a Failure to Appear warrant from Greer County for DUS.

• Zackery Shoemake, a 29-year-old male from Oklahoma was arrested for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Drunk, TOC – Beer. No Oklahoma priors showed up during an online search.

• James Young, a 45-yearold male from Durant was arrested for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Marshall County warrant for DUI, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUS, Left of Center, and No Insurance from 1996. An online search showed multiple prior convictions for Young; felony Possession of CDS, Possession of Ephedrine with the Intent to Manufacture, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Crime and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

Five people were arrested on October 26 for Possession.

• Tesia Edgar, a 32-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on a Carter County warrant for Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute and a Stephens County warrant for DUS. An online search showed Edgar has a felony from Greer County for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle After a Former Conviction of a Felony.

• Richard Gable, a 51-yearold male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed Gable has a felony conviction of a Bogus Check and a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery misdemeanor. He also has various Public Intoxication misdemeanors.

• Matthew McCarter, a 33-year-old male from Newcastle was arrested for Distribution of CDS, and Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute. An online search showed McCarter has multiple felony prior convictions. Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Uttering a Forged Instrument, Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon – Automobile, Assault and/or Battery, DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

• Pamela Pilgrim, a 37-yearold from Oklahoma City was arrested for Possession of CDS and Trespassing. According to an online search, Pilgrim only has one misdemeanor prior for Truancy.

• Joseph Raney, a 39-yearold male from Ardmore was arrested for Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Trespassing. An online search showed multiple priors. Carter County has him listed as felony convictions of Second-Degree Burglary, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, six counts of Forgery, and Possession of CDS. His misdemeanors are Possession, Petit Larceny, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. Raney has priors in Love County for felony Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, Possession of CDS, and Concealing Stolen Property. He also has a misdemeanor of Carrying Weapons.

Joshua Brewer, a 35-yearold male from Leonard, Texas was arrested on October 27 for Possession of CDS, and Failure to Pay on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed misdemeanors for Possession in Fannin County.

Driving: Joey Payne, a 50-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on October 21 for DUS. An online search showed Payne has a misdemeanor prior for Stalking.

David Tilley, a 50-year-old male from Kingston began his 90-day sentence for his guilty plea of DUI. He was sentenced to five years with all, but 90 days suspended. An online search showed prior convictions from Grady County for felony Grand Larceny, and two counts of Possession of CDS. His misdemeanors are listed as DWI, TOC, Obstruction, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUS and a DUI.

James Eaton, a 44-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 25 for a DUI, and Speeding. An online search showed a prior felony conviction for DUI Great Bodily Injury.

Miscellaneous: Johnnie Williams, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Pay on a felony conviction of Bringing Contraband into a Jail/Penal Institution. An online search showed Williams has priors from Cleveland County. Three counts of Burglary; one First-Degree and two Second-Degree. He also has a Possession conviction.
