Assault: Matthew Hamilton, a 37-year-old male from St. Marita was arrested for a Love County warrant for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and Third-Degree Burglary. An online search showed minor traffic tickets for Oklahoma priors.

Possession: Danny Davidson, a 44-year-old male from Kingston was brought to the Marshall County Jail on October 30 to begin a two-year sentence for Possession of CDS – Meth with the Intent to Distribute. He was sentenced to six years, with all but two suspended. An online search showed Davidson has a felony prior for Possess of CDS, and a few misdemeanors for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License and Malicious Injury to Property.

Michael Brown, a 33-yearold male from Tulsa was arrested on November 1 for Distribution of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, and Driving Left of Center. An online background search brought up Oklahoma priors. His felony priors for Marshall County are Concealing Stolen Property, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Taking/ Receiving Stolen Credit/Debit Card, and Malicious Injury to Property. His misdemeanors are Placing Obscene/Threatening/Harassing Phone Calls, Larceny of Gasoline, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. Brown has two felonies in Bryan County for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Alprazolm and Diazepam without a Prescription.

David Songer, a 35-year-old male from Madill was also arrested on November 1 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a warrant for application to Accelerate on a Possession and DUI charge. Songer is also facing Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute from Carter County. An online search showed Songer has prior convictions for possession.

On November 2, Khrysta Caviness, a 22-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. An online background search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.

Driving: Two individuals were arrested on October 28 for driving infractions.

•Rodney Parker, a 54-yearold male from Ardmore was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, and No Seatbelt. An online search showed Parker has multiple misdemeanor convictions from Carter County. Public Intoxication, Threatening an Act of Violence, Affixing an Unauthorized License Plat to a Vehicle with the Intent to Conceal Identity, and various DUI and Public Intoxication convictions.

•Cory Wesley, a 30-year-old male from Calera was arrested to begin his five-day sentence for a DUI. He was sentenced to one year, with all but five days suspended. An online background search showed that Wesley is also facing a felony charge of Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery charge, as well as a misdemeanor of the same.

James Eaton, a 44-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on October 31 for DUI. An online search showed Eaton has one other Oklahoma prior felony conviction for DUI Causing Great Bodily Injury.

On November 1, William Hodges, a 59-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for DUS, No Insurance and a Failure to Appear and Answer to a Probation Violation hearing for a felony Uttering a Bogus Check Exceeding $500 from Leflore County. An online background search showed various misdemeanor convictions from Leflore County – Possession of CDS, DUI, two counts of Probation Violation and Resisting and Officer.

On November 3, three individuals were arrested for various traffic infractions.

•Gabriel Aguilar-Moreno, a 33-year-old male from Mesquite, Texas was arrested for No Driver’s License, Speeding and No Registration. An online background search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

•Francine Castaneda, a 40-year-old female from Madill was arrested for No Driver’s License, and Failure to Pay on a Resisting an Officer and Public Intoxication conviction. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors.

•Charles Main, a 62-yearold male from Madill was arrested for No Registration, Altering a License Decal, No Insurance, Operating a Vehicle with Defective Tires. An online background search showed Main has a Manslaughter conviction from Marshall County, and a Possession of CDS conviction from Carter County.

Miscellaneous: On October 29, Christina Stevenson, a 29-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. An online search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.

Revere Franklin, a 60-yearold male from Marietta was arrested on October 30 for Failure to Pay on a Public Intoxication conviction. An online background search showed Franklin has a felony conviction of Distributing CDS from Carter County. It also shows a few misdemeanor convictions for Threaten to Perform Acts of Violence, and stalking from Carter County. He has two counts of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor from Love County, which are felonies. His misdemeanors from Love County involve DUI, DUS, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Possession and PI.

Dustin Lamm, a 23-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 31 for Public Intoxication. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors for Lamm.

James Short, a 44-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on November 1 for a Probation Violation on a misdemeanor Outraging Public Decency. An online search online found a speeding ticket.

Ethan Cochran, a 27-yearold male from Madill was arrested on November 3 for Public Intoxication. An online background search found only a speeding ticket in Oklahoma.
