Anselmo Morales, a 46-year-old male from Terrell, Texas was arrested for multiple charges on November 4, 2020.
The charges stem from an investigation that was spurred from a complaint by a minor female’s parent.
The investigation led to multiple charges being filed, and a warrant issued for Morales. He was arrested in Collin County, Texas on November 4 and is awaiting extradition back to Marshall County.
Morales is facing FirstDegree Rape, Lewd or Indecent Proposals or Acts to a Child Under 16, and ten counts of Soliciting Sexual Conduct with a Minor with the Use of a Co mputer.
An online search found priors for Morales in Kaufman County. He has four convictions for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, two for Aggravated Assault, one for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and two for Failure to Identify/ False Information.
