Kidnapping: David Bumpass, a 22-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on August 14 for Kidnapping, Consuming Intoxicants in a Public Place, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery Second and Subsequent, Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence and Malicious Injury to Property. Bumpass has no prior convictions in Oklahoma, but he is currently facing charges for 2 Protection Order Violations and Malicious Injury to Property.
Assault/Child Endangerment: Jennifer Bevill, a 46-year-old female from Tishomingo was arrested on August 11 for Failure to Pay on an Assault and Battery conviction. Besides the conviction already listed, an online search found priors for Public Intoxication, Obtaining Cash by Bogus Check, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and five convictions for Second-Degree Forgery.

Rebecca Brown, a 26-yearold female from Fort Worth, Texas was arrested on August 16 for warrant out of Texas for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
James Davis, a 28-year-old male from Tishomingo was also arrested on August 16 for Child Endangerment. He was also detained for a Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS, Malicious Injury to Property, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle convictions.
Burglary/Theft: Alma Aldabu-Cecenes, a 29-year-old female from Madill was arrested on August 10 for Petit Larceny. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Buford Fordman, a 50-yearold male from Mannsville was arrested on August 11 for Failure to Pay on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction from 1998. His priors show online as Joyriding, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Weapon, and two convictions for Concealing Stolen Property.

Possession: James Koop, a 26-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 12 for Trafficking Meth, 20 grams or more, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sammy Bray, a 40-year-old male from Sulphur was arrested on August 13 for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS without a License charge. No priors were found.
