Assault: Ramon Barron, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 25 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony. An online search shows his priors for Oklahoma as Possession of a Firearm After a Former Felony Conviction, Trafficking, Possession of CDS without a Tax Stamp Affixed, and Maintaining a Place for Keeping/Selling CDS, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The search shows Barron pled guilty to the first four listed convictions on August 24.
Dustin Kidd, a 36-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on August 30 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. His priors show online as two convictions for Second-Degree Forgery, Public Intoxication, Obstruction, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS.
Giovanni Perez, a 26-yearold male from Madill was also arrested on August 30 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, and Obstruction. An online search found multiple priors for Perez. They are listed as Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Disrupting/Preventing/Interrupting an Emergency Phone Call, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Burglary/Theft: Carolyn Williams, a 37-year-old female from Dallas, Texas for Failure to Pay on a Concealing Stolen Property conviction. No other Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Lindsey Lemons, a 33-yearold female from Madill was arrested on August 25 for Application to Accelerate for Concealing Stolen Property. One Oklahoma prior for Aggravated DUI was found in an online search. Lemons is also facing charges for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Three individuals were arrested on August 26 for various burglary and theft charges.
• Jerry Carroll, a 31-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Second-Degree Burglary. A No Seatbelt ticket was the only thing found in an online search for Oklahoma convictions.
• Darren Hopfe, a 23-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Second-Degree Burglary. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
• Lisa Maxxon, a 58-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear on Petit Larceny, and Malicious Injury to a Building charges. An online search found two priors; one for Possession of CDS, and one for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Britney Fraley, a 22-yearold female from Ardmore was arrested on August 28 for Failure to Appear on a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer charges. Her Oklahoma priors show online as Possession of CDS, and Distribution of CDS – Meth.
Shardee Chumley, a 42-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 31 for Failre to Pay on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle conviction. Besides the previously listed conviction, an online search shows convictions for DUI, Driving Under Suspension, Public Intoxication and Obstruction.
Possession: Tyler Tutor, a 24-year-old male from Canadian, Texas was arrested on August 24 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License, and No Insurance. An online search found prior convictions for Breaking and Entering, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining/Keeping a Place for Selling CDS.
Rudy Leija, a 41-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on August 26 for Possession of CDS, Transporting an Open Container – Liquor, DUI and Failure to Appear and Answer to Child Support. An online search found Oklahoma priors for DUS, No Insurance, No Registration, Obstruction, Resisting an Executive Officer, Possession of CDS – Meth, and DUI.
Chelsey Gamboa, a 27-yearold female from Durant was arrested on August 27 for Possession of CDS, and Public Intoxication. An online search found priors for DUI, Failure to Keep Right, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gamboa is also facing charges for Third-Degree Burglary and two charges of Possession of CDS.
Nikisha Groeber, a 42-yearold female from Lone Grove was also arrested on August 27 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. Along with the previously listed conviction, an online search showed other priors for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, No Insurance and No Seatbelt.
Justin Drinnon, a 37-yearold male from Milburn was arrested on August 28 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony conviction. His priors online show as Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Causing a Minor to Commit a Drug Crime, Child Neglect and Possession of CDS.
Driving: Gina Carter, a 58-year-old female from Madill was arrested on August 25 for Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance and Expired Tags. An online search found priors for DUI, No Drivers License, Possession of CDS and DWI.
Four individuals were arrested on August 28 for various traffic infractions.
• Antonio Aldava, a 20-year-old male from Madill was arrested for No Driver’s License and Running a Stop Sign. On prior traffic infraction was found for speeding.
• Jessica Christie, a 32-year-old female from Ardmore was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 15-day sentence for a DUS and No Insurance conviction. An online search found priors for DUI, Resisting an Officer, and Attempted Escape.
• Ricky James, a 19-year-old male from Madill was arrested for No Drivers License. No priors were found in an online search.
• Gary McBride, a 55-year-old male from Wilson was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 20-day sentence for an Aggravated DUI conviction. One prior was found in an online search for Carrying a Firearm While Under the Influence.
Douglas Belcher, a 58-yearold male from Lone Grove was arrested on August 29 for DUIS, No Insurance, and Failure to Use Child Restraints. An online search found priors for DWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespassing.
Rosalinda Sanchez, a 38-year-old female from Madill was also arrested on August 29 for No Drivers License. An online search for priors came up negative.
Erica Blue, a 35-year-old female from Norman was arrested on August 30 for Failure to Appear on a Driving Under Suspension charge. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, DUS, and DUS Second and Subsequent.
Miscellaneous: Jessie James, a 31-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 25 for an out of state warrant. An online search found priors for Grand Larceny, Public Intoxication, Theft of Anhydrous Ammonia, DUI, Endangering Others While Attempting to Escape, DWI, Escape, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Malicious Injury to Property and Concealing Stolen Property.
