Marshall Co. native celebrates 100th birthday with a bang

On March 8, 1920 in Marshall County, Lucille Williams was born to a Sid and Cleo Smith.

To commemorate such a milestone of turning 100, Williams was honored with a party with her family and friends.

She was honored by her daughters with an award for being the best mother. She also received multiple accolades from Smuckers Jam, the governor, mayor and the Centarians of Oklahoma.

She had the privilege of celebrating with her sister-in-law, who was honored for being a centarian, as well.
