March 19 Police Blotter: Burglary, Assault and more

Burglary: Jacqueline Casas, a 20-year-old female from Madill was arrested on March 10 for an Application to Accelerate on two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary. She has one prior Oklahoma conviction for Concealing Stolen Property, and is currently facing charges for DWI, Possession of CDS Without a Prescription, Malicious Injury Obstructing an Officer and Speeding.

Sara McCullough, a 38-year-old female from Kingston was also arrested on March 10 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Financial Exploitation by a Caretaker. McCullough has priors for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Endangering Other While Eluding/Attempting to Elude Officers, Resisting an Officer, and Malicious Injury. She is also facing charges for Kidnapping.

Three individuals were arrested on March 11 for various types of theft.

•Elizabeth Easterly, a 40-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

•James Helmandollar, a 49-year-old male from Lavon, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his 120-day sentence for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to 18 months with all but the 120 days suspended. No priors were found for Oklahoma.

•Timothy Richards, a 61-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. His prior conviction shows as Petit Larceny.

Steven Norrid, a 58-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 12 for Failure to Pay on a conviction for Uttering Two or More Bogus Checks. An online search found priors for Oklahoma for Possession of CDS, Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor, and Bail Jumping.

Assault: Hunter Sliger, a 24-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 10 to begin a 45-day sentence for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor. He was sentenced to a year, but only has to serve 45 days. An online search found a prior for a DWI.

Davonta Anderson, an 18-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 12 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence charges. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Christopher Idleman, a 27-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 13 for three counts of Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search only found hunting tickets for prior convictions.

Aaron Kastner, a 34-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 13 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Possession: Paul Eversley, a 47-year-old homeless male was booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 11 to be removed from drug court on an Illegal Trafficking conviction. His priors show as DWI and Possession of CDS.

William Nelms, a 31-year-old from Choctaw, Ok was arrested on March 11 for a Probation Violation on two Possession of CDS convictions, and a Petit Larceny, Obstructing an Officer, and Child Support convictions. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Escape from Jail, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm by a Conviction Felon, and Robbery.

Paul Ashbaugh, a 51-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 13 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. His priors for Oklahoma show as Obtaining Cash or Merchandise by Bogus Checks, Distributing CDS – Methamphetamine, Possession of CDS, Second-Degree Burglary, and Defrauding an Innkeeper.

Tristan Sexton, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 14 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Falsely Impersonating Another to Cause Liability. An online search found no priors for Oklahoma.

Driving: Jerome Morgan, a 41-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on March 9 for Failure to Pay on a No Driver’s License conviction. An online search found priors for DUS, Transporting an Open Container, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS, and two convictions for DWI.

Meghan White, a 25-year-old female from Durant was arrested on March 11 for Failure to Pay on a No Registration conviction. An online search only found various tickets.

Zenaida Soliz, a 35-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on March 11 for Failure to Pay on a Speeding ticket. No priors for Oklahoma were found in an online search.

Michael Moody, a 50-year-old male from Dallas, Texas was arrested on March 12 for Endangering Others While Eluding/Attempting to Elude Officers, DUI, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Karl Mullens, a 48-year-old male from Gordonville, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a four-year sentence for a Probation Violation on a DUI conviction. An online search found multiple DUI convictions.

Jessica Troublefield, a 23-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on March 14 for No Driver’s License and Obstruction a Police Officer. Her priors for Oklahoma show as Accessory to Larceny of an Automobile, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Randel Riley, a 53-year-old male from Sandy, Texas was arrested on March 15 for DUI, and Transporting a Loaded Weapon While Under the Influence.
