Madill Public Schools will host an enrollment event for all students that will be attending for the 2019-2020 school year. This event will allow families to complete all necessary paperwork for the upcoming school year at one time, in one place.

The enrollment will be held on Thursday, August 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Wildcat Den. If your child participated in the enrollment in April 2019 for Pre-Kindergarten, you are not required to attend this event. A parent or legal guardian must be present in order to complete the required enrollment forms.

It has been asked that all attendees enter through the east door of the Wildcat Den. School personnel will then instruct them how to proceed with the enrollment process.

“This is our fourth year for this event. It was intended to create a very streamlined process, making it easier on the parents and students. We were successful and able to help families not spend as much time filling out forms as in the past,” Amy Ortloff said.

Stations will be available for families to fill out and receive any necessary information regarding free/reduced lunch forms, home language surveys, internet permission forms, medical forms and transportation information. JOM school supplies will be available for pick-up at this time. The Marshall County Health Department will also be present to assist families to make certain their student’s immunization record is up-to-date.

Students that attended Madill Schools during the 2018-2019 school year need to bring any documentation that was updated after the school year concluded at the end of May. This might include an updated immunization record, change of address or phone number, CDIB card that was issued, tribal membership card/ certificate etc.

Students new to the district are encouraged to attend in order to enroll. They must bring a copy of a certified birth certificate, current immunization record, social security number, proof of residency and if applicable, CDIB card/ tribal membership card/ certificate. Students who attended school outside of Madill last year also need to bring a copy of their transcript from that school, the school name, address and phone number.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call Madill Schools at (580) 795-3303 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Please spread the word!
