On July 1, children and adults celebrated Independence Day on Kingston’s Main Street with a Patriotic Bicycle, Golf Cart and UTV Parade. Red, White and Blue and smiling faces were everywhere. There were two contest categories and cash prizes were awarded. Golf Cart/UTV Winners: 1st Place – Addie and Marleigh Herndon (top left); 2nd Place – Lydee Rutledge family (top middle); 3rd Place Tie – Tasha Kendrick and Jace Massey (top right). Bicycle Winners: 1st Place – Cora McGee (bottom left); 2nd Place – Brock McGee (bottom middle); 3rd Place – Harley Burris (bottom right).
