Four suspects were arrested south of Madill after a high speed chase on Friday, October 11.

Police officers said a vehicle was speeding through Marietta and blew through a school zone around 9:00 a.m. on that fateful Friday morning – 54 miles per hour in a 25 mile an hour school zone, to be exact.

A chase ensued after the suspects refused to pull over. Multiple officers chased the quartet from Marietta to Madill, and Marshall county officers deployed stop sticks and disabled the car on US 377 near 99C.

Once the vehicle stopped, officers arrested John Dennis, Thomas Jones, Havian Thurman and Monique Kishketon-Wyatt.

Once officers stopped the vehicle and detained the four suspects, they searched the vehicle. What they found in the car was not the makings of a picnic. Officers seized 4 iPhones, and three various cell phones – which is interesting, considering there were only four people in the car.

A Glock 17, a Diamondback AR-15, and a Bushmaster AR-15 were confiscated from the car. The suspects were also transporting multiple white and yellow pills, two half Xanax bars, a broken glass pipe, partially dissolved pills in gloves, and four containers with liquid and dissolved pills in them.

Currently, Kishketon-Wyatt, a 23-year-old female from Ardmore has been charged with three felonies and five misdemeanors in Love County. The felonies are Endangering Others While Eluding/Attempting to Elude Police Officers, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. The misdemeanor charges are listed as Transporting a Loaded Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container and Possession of CDS – Marijuana.

Kishketon-Wyatt-Wyatt has a prior felony from Marshall County for Possession of a CDS with the Intent to Distribute.

Havian Thurman, a 19-yearold male from Ardmore was also arrested on the scene. He is facing four felony charges of Distribution of CDS – Including Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm After Conviction or During Probation, Bringing Contraband into a Jail or Penal Facility, and Destroying Evidence. Thurman is also facing two misdemeanors for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.

Thurman has priors out of Carter County. Two felonies for Possession of a Firearm After Delinquent Adjudication and Second Degree Burglary, and two misdemeanors for Possession of CDS – Marijuana.

John Dennis, a 20-year-old male from Springer was arrested for Possession of a Firearm After Conviction of During Probation, which is a felony. He also was charged with misdemeanor Possession of CDS without a Prescription.

Dennis has prior felonies from Carter County for Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute within 2000 Feet of School, Possession of a Firearm After Adjudication, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony. He also has two misdemeanor Possession convictions and Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance.
