Theft/Burglary: Alma Alvarado, a 33-year-old female from Madill was arrested on January 28 for Motion to Revoke on an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Uttering a Forged Instrument, and Injuring or Burning a Public Building. An online search showed priors for Second-Degree Burglary, and she is currently on probation for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tina Mueller, a 52-year-old female from Calera was also arrested on January 28 for Motion to Revoke and Accelerate on a Grand Larceny conviction. No prior convictions for Oklahoma was found during an internet search.

Vikkie Weaver, a 64-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on January 31 for Larceny of Merchandise. She is also currently facing Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence.

Martha Teafatiller, a 29-year-old female from Durant was arrested on February 1 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Credit Card Abuse charge from Grayson County, Texas. An online search shows she is also facing charges for Fugitive from Justice, Traffick ing in Illegal Drugs, Theft of Property $100-$750, and prior convictions for Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS – Xanax, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, and various other convictions for Possession.

Possession: Jessica Jones, a 37-year-old female from Sherman, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found a prior conviction for Child Endangerment.

Derek Stonebarger, a 27-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on January 28 for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS – Marijuana charge. He has priors for Larceny of an Automobile, Third-Degree Arson, two counts for Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle After a Former Conviction of a Felony, Driving Under Suspension, Possession of CDS Second and Subsequent, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Indecent Exposure, Resisting and Officer and Petit Larceny.

Brandon Gauntt, a 31-yearold male from Glennpool began his sentence of two years on January 29 for three counts of Possession of Cell Phone in a Jail, and Assisting a Prisoner in an Escape. He has one Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery conviction for Oklahoma.

Kaci Fox, a 29-year-old female from Coalgate was arrested on January 30 for Failure to Appear on a charge of Possession of CDS, and Falsely Impersonating Another to Cause Liability. An online search found Oklahoma priors for four counts of Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS – Oxycodone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and two counts for Larceny of Gasoline.

Austin Schiesser, a 27-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a fourmonth sentence for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines. An online search showed priors for Possession of CDS and Fishing without a License.

David Songer, a 35-yar-old male from Oklahoma was also arrested on January 31 for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS – Marijuana charge. Songer shows multiple prior convictions for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUS, and DWI.

Driving: Bertha Turner, a 61-year-old female from Durant was booked into the Marshall County Jail to serve a three-day sentence for DUI, No Driver’s License, and Transporting an Open Container.

Roxanne Offutt, a 60-yearold female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on January 29 to begin a 90-day sentence for a DUI. An online search showed she has prior convictions for Aggravated Assault and Battery, Harboring a Runaway, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Speeding.

Ricky James, an 18-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 30 for No Driver’s License and Improper Operation of a Vehicle. An online search came up negative for prior convictions.

Joshua Baxter, a 39-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on January 31 for No Driver’s License. An online search showed Baxter has priors for Larceny of Implements of Husbandry, Escape from Arrested and two counts of Petit Larceny.

Three individuals were arrested on January 31 for various driving infractions.

•Ismael Rangel, a 42-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a five-day sentence for a DUI. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

•Johnnie Williams, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for DUS, No Registration and Failure to Pay on a Bringing Contraband into the Jail conviction. His priors show as Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Concealing Stolen Property, Second-Degree Burglary and Bond Jumping.

•Richard Woodard, a 28-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Pay on a DWI and Transporting an Open Container convictions. An online search found no prior convictions for Oklahoma.

Michael Dronnin, a 28-yearold male from Tishomingo was arrested on February 1 for Driving Under Suspension, and No Insurance. An online search showed priors for Falsely Impersonating Another to Cause Liability After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Possession of CDS, Concealing Stolen Property, Endeavoring to Manufacture CDS, Conspiracy to Manufacture/Possess CDS, and Injury to a Public Building.

Neal Flowers, a 35-year-old male from Durant was arrested on February 2 for Failure to Appear on a Transporting an Open Container charge. An online search showed prior convictions for Grand Larceny, two counts of Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Taking a Stolen Credit Card, three counts of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, and Possession of CDS After the Former Conviction of a Felony.

Miscellaneous: Richard Lehman, a 71-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 29 for a Protective Order Violation. Lehman is currently facing another Protective Order Violation from 2019. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors for him.

Keith Sweeney, a 35-yearold male from Yukon was transported to the Marshall County Jail for an inhouse DOC inmate. Sweeney was convicted of First-Degree Murder.

Toby Bishop, a 23-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on January 31 to begin a 90-day sentence for Threatening Acts of Violence. An online search found no prior convictions for Oklahoma.

Josue Roque, a 33-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on February 1 for Obstructing a Police Officer. An online search showed a prior conviction for Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence.
