April 2 Police Blotter: Theft, Possession and more

Theft: Robert Connor, a 39-year-old male from Walnut Springs, Texas was arrested on March 26 for Larceny of an Automobile. An online search found no Oklahoma priors for Connor.

Possession: Anthony Carver, a 22-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 23 for Possession of CDS without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Oklahoma priors were found for the individual.

Madison Erwin, a 21-yearold female from Kingston was also arrested on March 23 for Possession of CDS without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No priors for Oklahoma were recovered in an online search.

James Koop, a 25-year-old male from Madill was arrested on March 25 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found Oklahoma prior convictions for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS, DUI, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bodee Risinger, a 26-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on March 27 for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, and Possession of CDS convictions. His priors for Oklahoma show another Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Miscellaneous: Frank Weaver, a 76-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 24 for Pointing a Shotgun or Rifle with the Intention of Malice, Without Due Authority Exercise the Functions of Deputy, Marshall, Policeman, Constable or Peace Officer, and Trespassing. An online search shows he has a prior conviction for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and he is currently facing Larceny of an Automobile.

Connor McNair, an 18-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident. An online search found no priors.

Jess Brown, a 49-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 28 for Consuming/Inhaling Intoxicants in Public, and Transporting an Open Container – Beer. An online search found prior convictions for Bail Jumping, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Driving Under Suspension, two DUI convictions and two Assault and Battery Resisting the Execution of Legal Process.

Justin Brown, a 30-yearold male from Kingston was brought to the Marshall County Jail for an Emergency Order of Detainment. No priors were found in an online search.
