Whiskey Creek Processing, owned by the Combs and Griffith families, is a local meat processing place located in Madill. Situated three miles west of Madill on the south side of Highway 70, Whiskey Creek Processing had its grand opening on November 1, 2023, after a two-year process of approvals and construction.

The owners recognized a need in the local area and believed that establishing a meat processing facility would be beneficial for the local ranchers.

They attributed their success to God. They expressed gratitude for the continuous blessings and opportunities that have come their way. Being part of the Madill community andreceivingsupport from numerous individuals has been a significant factor in their journey.

They said that providing qualitybeeftothecommunity is their favorite aspect of the business.WithWhiskyCreek Processing, they aim to ensure that the local area has access to high-quality meat.

They noted that one of the highlights of owning the business has been the opportunity to work alongside their family.

Prior to this venture, they have owned and operated restaurants.

Looking ahead, they plan to expand the business by becoming a federally inspected plant. This expansion will allow them to reach a broader customer base and provide quality beef to people beyond just Marshal County.
