We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Please be safe and aware while cooking, even more so if frying a turkey.
The ladies Auxiliary meeting was attended by 18 members. We started by reciting the Pledge of Allengence.
Our guest speaker for November was MB Watts and Vicki Gamble from Watts Funeral Home and Cremetory. They shared information on pre planning our funeral, buriel or cremation.

Ladies, our next Auxiliary meeting will be December 15 at 11 a.m. with a short meeting and Christmas party to follow. Please bring a dish to share and a gift no more then $20 if you would like to participate in our gift exchange.
We will be helping the children shop for their families and wrap these presents at the elementary school from December 8 through December 12 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you would like to volunteer, any hours you can work would be greatly appreciated. The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
