Thank you to the community and vendors for a successful fundraiser. The bake craft and rummage sale was a big success last weekend.
Another big thanks goes out to all the ladies who who volunteered to work this event, and to those who donated baked goods.
Ladies, the next Auxiliary meeting will be Monday December 15 at 1:30 p.m. with a fellowship at 1 p.m. prior to the meeting.
Just an FYI, they are still looking to fill a couple vacancies on the Volunteer Fire DepartmentBoard.Youdont have to be a firefighter but you must live in the district.
Their meetings are on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday andWednesdayat10:00a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
