Round-up Rodeo
Rodeo season is just around the corner and we look forward to another great three days full of fun and excitement for our community. The 73rd Annual Madill Round-Up Rodeo will be held July 18 to 20 at the Madill Round-Up Club Arena.
Activities begin with the Rodeo Parade at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18 at the Madill Plaza. Participants can line up starting at 5 p.m. at the Marshall County Fair Barn.
The annual rodeo attracts more than 5,000 fans and contestants. It is the main attraction and fundraiser for the Madill Round-Up Club.
The proceeds from this event allow us to promote and support other activities and events throughout the year, including youth rodeo events, FFA and 4-H events, horse shows, play days, clinics, team ropings, trail rides, ranch rodeos, scholarships and campouts.
The concession stand is manned by a local school booster club, non-profit organization, fire department, police department or any other local club which they then utilize for a fundraiser for their organization which allows for them to pay for expenses throughout the year which is another great way for the Madill Roundup Club to give back to our community.
What’s Our Mission?
The continued goal of the Madill Round-Up Club is to preserve our western heritage and to serve the needs of the community by providing facilities and activities for local and area rodeo and equine activity enthusiasts. We strive to represent the community well and be an economic asset by attracting visitors to our area to participate in these equestrian activities.
