Five suspects were arrested after a tip to the OBN

Five people were arrested during a Marshall County drug bust. On November 19, Joshua Goodman, Alexis Goodman, Edie Robins, Steven Henderson and Matthew Stuckey were all arrested for various drug charges.
On Tuesday around noon, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs agents followed a tip, and ran surveillance on a residence on the 14,000 block of Gary Road in Madill.
The OBN agent, who wished to remain anonymous to keep an undercover anonymity, said a few of the individuals were known drug dealers, a few of them had sold to undercover agents in the past.
While watching the house, a vehicle with two individuals – later identified Robins and Henderson left the residence. Officers initiated a traffic stop east of Madill. Henderson, a 43-year-old male from Ravia had an outstanding warrant for Second Degree Burglary.
Robins, a 49-year-old from Tishomingo was also in the vehicle. She was found in Possession of 17 grams of Methamphetamines, scales and Drug Paraphernalia. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Once the traffic stop was complete, officers returned to the residence to speak with Joshua Goodman, a 41-yearold male from Madill. The suspect ran when officers attempted to speak to him. Officers noted that he was carrying an ammo box with him as he ran.
Joshua Goodman then threw the ammo box in the pond in hopes of destroying the evidence. However, he would not get so lucky. The ammo box floated and officers were able to recover over two pounds of Methamphetamines. When they searched his home, they recovered more Meth and Marijuana. He was arrested for Aggravated Trafficking in Illegal Drugs and Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping and Selling CDS.
The agent said Alexis Goodman, a 22-year-old from Madill arrived at the residence and was apparently inebriated. She was arrested for Possession of Marijuana without a Prescription, and Public Intoxication.
While officers were searching the house, and arresting the individuals, they received another surprise. Stuckey, a 39-year-old male from Madill pulled in the driveway. Officers detained the individual and found him to be in possession of Meth. He was then arrested for Possession of CDS.
All suspects were booked into Marshall County Jail for their charges.
The OBN was assisted by the Madill Police Department, Kingston Police Department, and the Cooke County Sheriff’s Office.
An online search shows Joshua Goodman has multiple prior convictions. Records show he has five prior convictions for Possession CDS, one for Uttering a Forged Instrument, two convictions of Distribution of CDS, one for Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, two convictions of Endeavoring to Manufacture Methamphetamine, one for Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping and Selling CDS, Possession of a Firearm After a Former Conviction of a Felony, and Concealing Stolen Property.
Alexis Goodman shows she has priors of Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated After the Former Conviction of a DUI, DUI, no Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Seatbelt, Defective Tires, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Possession of CDS.
Robins’ priors are Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamines, and Endeavoring to Manufacture Methamphetamines.
An online search shows Henderson has prior convictions for Second Degree Burglary, and DUI.
Stuckey’s background showed two prior convictions for Distribution of CDS, Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility in Facilitating the Commission of a Felony, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor.
