Colder days are upon us, so it is time to bring in those last vegetables from the garden and trim back and cover those plants we want to keep through the winter months.
Be sure to come on down to the Buncombe Creek Marina this coming Saturday, November 27, 2021, just before dusk as we Light up the Marina. There will be chili, hot dogs, and chips for everyone.
Bring your lawn chairs, hot dog sticks and drinks and come enjoy the bon fire. The Christmas lights will be turned on at dusk. This is a yearly event and is made possible by volunteers and donations. Please come out and show your support.
There is a rumor going around that Tom and Karen Wooten are celebrating 50 years of marriage on November 27. If you see them, wish them a Happy Anniversary.
