Chad Lee Weyant, 46, of Madill, Okla. passed away on April 22, 2020. He was born on May 12, 1973 in Pittsfield, Mass. to Charles Leroy Weyant Sr. and Caroline Waldorf Park. Chad was raised in Ancram, N.Y. and moved to the Madill area in 1999 where he worked for J&I.

Chad took fashion cues from no one. In his earlier years mohawks, band tees and chucks were a favorite attire, traded in for overalls, a big bushy beard and his "sombrero-type" hat which he could be seen wearing at all major events.

His smile was contagious, it was cheeky, made his eyes sparkle and made you wonder what he was up too. Old cars were his thing. You never knew what he would show up in. It could be different from one day to the next.

Chad was a lover of life. A simple man, living a happy and content life with the loves of his life. He loved big and treasured those close to him. His love of nature manifested into hours spent fishing, camping, hunting and whittling some of the finest walking sticks you ever did see. Of course, with an animal by his side.

He was kind. He was funny. He was genuine, he was loved and he is already so very missed.

He is survived by his mother Caroline Park and husband, Keiller of Kingston, Okla., girlfriend and daughter Kim and Jordyn Ybarra of Kingston of Okla., siblings: Charles Weyant of North Carolina, Jeffery Weyant of New York, James Weyant of Rome, Ga., Debbie Weyant of New York, Tina Weyant of New York, Zina Chamberlain Funk of Philmont, N.Y., Zoe Chamberlain Johnson of Kingston, Okla., several nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs Henry and Boomer.

Chad was preceded in death by his father.

There will be a private family service. The service will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
