The Madill Police Department welcomed a new officer on October 1, 2020. Anna Gerard graduated from the Reserve Peace Officer Academy in 2017. She became a fully certified Peace Officer in 2019, after gradutating from the CLEET Basic Academy.

Gerard may be new to the Madill Police force, however, she is not new to law enforcement. She was employed by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office for the past four years as a dispatcher and a Deputy.

Gerard specialized in child and sex crimes during her tenure at the MCSO.

The Madill Police Department posted on Facebook to introduce their new officer to the community, and share how excited they are to have her on board.
