Art, music and early American culture return to downtown Sulfur on Saturday, April 13, when the Artesian Arts Festival begins at Artesian Plaza.

The 11th annual Craft Arts Festival celebrates the art and artists of early America and will feature a wide range of original art, including jewelry, sculpture, metalwork, beadwork, paintings, photography, textiles, basketry and ceramics.

The 2024 Artesian Arts Festival, a juried exhibition and art market, is open to all early federally recognized American artists.

Also planned are tribal dance demonstrations, musical entertainment, family-friendly activities and a variety of food vendors.

Open to the public at no charge, the Artesian Arts Festival welcomed more than 10,600 art patrons to downtown Sulfur last year.

The ArtesianArtsFestival takes place at Artesian Plaza, adjacent to the Artesian Hotel and Spa, 1001 W. First St., Sulfur.
