Colton’s Main Street Run donated 10 mobile Automated External Defibrillators and 15 LifeVac Units to Madill Public Schools on July 13. They attributed assistance from a grant they received from the Texoma Health Foundation to being able to purchase the machines for MPS.

Colton’s Main Street Run is focused on raisingfundstofurther their mission of creating healthier, safer communities after a traumatic loss.

The run is held to memorialize Colton Sherrill, a 10-year-old boy who collapsed during a basketball camp in 2008. The son of Judge Trace Sherrill and Dena passed away from an unknown heart condition.

Each year, there is a memorial 5k/10k run to raise money to donate AED’s and provide education in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation.
