You’ve probably seen this little man driving down the side of the highway on his lawn mower. You may have seen him in Wal-Mart, sitting in a corner, drinking a soda pop. He waves at you and smiles. His name is Jimmy Capp. I call him Jimmy the Waver. I asked him one day why he liked sitting there. His answer was, “I love God and people.” So, when you are passing by, you might want to stop a minute and chat with him.
