The Commissioner of Public Safety, as authorized by the Governor, has announced that due to inclement weather, the Department of Public Safety may temporarily reduce non-essential services beginning at 12:00 A.M. (midnight) on Friday, January 17, 2020, and ending at 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Friday, January 17, 2020, for the following counties: Cimarron, Texas, Beaver, Harper, Ellis, and Woodward. DPS Employees designated to maintain basic minimum services (staff essential functions) should remain at work or report to work as scheduled.
